Since Two Eight works with textile waste, the garments designed are considered out of stock once the fabric used in the design is exhausted. In case the customer likes such an item, they can opt for customisations instead. In this, they can choose the design they want along with the fabric options available from our inventory, and fill a form for the same (form provided on the customisations page). The design will then be finalized by our team according to the amount of fabric available and production will begin following payment.

Two Eight’s tagline- “one of a  kind that fits all” aptly speaks about what makes it special. Our garments are made from pre-consumer textile waste and are thus, unique and exclusive. We see ourselves as advocates of a slow, responsible and circular economy and strive to follow the same through our designs and packaging. 

Our fabrics consist of deadstock, i.e. waste fabrics from shops and factories. The fabrics are then sorted according to fibre content, yardage and thickness. We source already made and finished fabrics, which helps reduce pressure on resources.

We wish to be all inclusive of size and thus, have a “one-size fits all” framework wherein the garments are designed in a way that eliminates any issues related to incorrect size fit. 

If the item is in stock and there are no customizations, the orders are shipped at the earliest and shall be delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. However, in case of customizations, the orders shall be delivered within 12-15 working days from the order of confirmation. The customers shall be informed and updated in case of any changes regarding shipping or delivery dates.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. You can email us at twoeight0620@gmail.com for the same and you will be refunded the entire amount by Two Eight. However, orders cancelled after 24 hours will be refunded only in the form of store credits. 

For returns, the product should be unworn, unaltered and undamaged with the original packaging and Two Eight tag still intact. The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. The delivery should be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Customized orders and products purchased on sales/ discounts will not be eligible for exchange or returns.

In case of any issue regarding the size/ fit, alterations will be offered on all customized orders. However, no alterations will be offered on non-customized orders. The first alteration will be free of charge. However, subsequent alterations will have charges which are to be borne by the customer.
